Asking about an event

To ask about a Wisp's Lost Lanterns event, include:

• Your organization or group
• Preferred dates
• Location
• The tier you're considering

The Lab replies — and wait for confirmation before advertising an event as booked. Availability depends on the current game, event window, venue, organizer setup, and support capacity.

During your event

If something breaks mid-game, check Day-Of Troubleshooting first — most issues are a lens wipe or a sign angle away from fixed. Still stuck? Email; the inbox is monitored throughout your event window.
